We offer Relaxed fit and Standard fit. Please checkout our size chart illustrations for more accurate info to choose whether you should/need size up from your typical size. Most of Karma Rizz products are Unisex.

Currently, Karma Rizz ships to all 50 states in the U.S., including Alaska and Hawaii.We are planning to expand soon in the near future. Please follow us on social media, show us your love, while we work on expansion.

All orders require a verified U.S. billing address. We are unable to ship to either a P.O. Box or military addresses. Additionally, we do not ship to freight forwarder addresses. We reserve the right to cancel orders that do not meet these requirements.

We offer free Standard shipping for orders $100 or more. Order must meet or exceed $100 before tax to be eligible for free shipping. 

• Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days $7.50 for orders under $100. Free Shipping for orders over $100

• Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays.
• Standard orders typically ship within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

You can create an account with us, and view order status on your account page. The account page is updated as soon as you are charged for your order and again once your order ships.

We do not currently offer same day delivery.

If you would like to change your shipping address, please contact us at help@karmarizz.com. If your order has not been dispatched, we will do our best to accommodate your request.

We source our packaging and shipping material from vendors who are certified in producing sustainable packaging. We are proudly sourcing from a company that produces in USA and is targeting to be an ecologically net positive company by 2030.

If you are not happy with your products, you can return or exchange them within 30 days from placing the order. If you order a pre-order item, you can return the products within 30 days after we have shipped your item. We only refund items that are in unused condition and have all garment tags included.

If you return 4 or more products in one order, we will charge a return fee of $10. The fee will be deducted from the original invoice. Otherwise, we offer a free return.

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. To order a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.

Oh no! There is a few things you can check:

• Card’s billing details match what you’ve entered into our system
• Card expiry
• Card settings in terms of online or foreign payments

Card issuer will not tell us the reason for declines, so it’s best to check with them before trying your card again. If none of this works, please contact us at help@karmarizz.com or chat with us with the chat tool. We’ll do our best to help!

All transactions on our website are securely processed through Shopify Payments, a trusted online payment gateway. Your card details are encrypted and protected within a secure host environment, ensuring a safe and seamless shopping experience.

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express cards. Payment is debited from your account at point of purchase. We also accept Shopify Pay and PayPal. Please note that when selecting PayPal as an option, you will be directed to the PayPal site during checkout to ‘Log In,’ review the amount to be debited, and click ‘Pay Now.’ Once this transaction is concluded in PayPal, you will be returned to karmarizz.com.
